To face the growth and development phase, MIS is looking for a professional figure who can quickly acquire the responsibility of managing the company’s IT and telecommunication systems. The role provides for an operational and organizational responsibility having to be the consultant for IT products, responsible for IT services, as well as responsible for the management, maintenance and operation of the information systems within the company and towards the suppliers of HW and SW structures of which ensures its maintenance.

Primary responsibilities

Hardware infrastructure management (internet connections / internal networks / installation of printers, PCs)
Basic software infrastructure management (user management / service web portals and related maintenance)
Management of the company’s IT connection to the outside through services such as internet and e-mail, and manages, maintains and develops the security of corporate information (Cyber ​​Security).
Research and evaluate the offers of potential hardware and software suppliers, manage their relations and purchase negotiations as well as check invoices by interfacing with the Purchasing Manager, administration and management control.
Management of company management software (ordinary maintenance and their development according to agreed guidelines / implementation and management of personal data)
Elaboration of the plan of activities and costs of the IT structures, with the aim of proposing improvements to the information structure and guaranteeing it a good operation in compliance with the pre-established legal and quality requirements.
Reporting of industry 4.0 practices on the interconnected information systems side
An excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system and a basic knowledge of the most common programming languages ​​are also required. The role, after a period of internal coaching, will have to act with functional autonomy, analyze and solve problems (problem solving), assume control and verification responsibilities. He will have to organize work and time efficiently by interfacing with the figures responsible for the business and operations, also assuming the role of project manager on innovation projects.

The research is aimed at professionals (men or women) who have gained at least 2/3 years of experience in the role. The primary office will be that of MIS in Acquanegra Cremonese even if transfers are planned to the various operating offices of the Group.
